Anti CD20 Monoclonal

We are in the advanced stage of development of anti CD20 monoclonal is a monoclonal antibody against the protein CD20, which is primarily found on the surface of immune system B cells. It destroys B cells and is therefore used to treat diseases which are characterized by overactive, dysfunctional, or excessive numbers of B cells. This includes many lymphomas, leukemia’s, transplant rejection, and autoimmune disorders.

Interleukin-2 (IL-2)

we are in the process of development of prefilled syringe is indicated for the treatment of adults with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) or metastatic melanoma (mM).

  • Usage
    IL-2 is used to treat metastatic kidney (renal) cancer and metastatic melanoma. IL-2 is administered into a vein (intravenously).
  • Mechanism
    Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a naturally occurring protein that is normally made by the body in small amounts. It allows cells of the immune system to communicate with each other. This drug works by activating cells of the immune system (T lymphocytes) to attack and kill cancer cells.

Granulocyte_macrophage_colony-stimulating_factor. (GM-CSF)

It is is a monomeric glycoprotein secreted by macrophages, T cells, mast cells, NK cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts that

GM-CSF signals via signal transducer and activator of transcription, STAT5 & by STAT3. In macrophages, it activates macrophages to inhibit fungal survival. It induces deprivation in intracellular free zinc and increases production of reactive oxygen species that culminate in fungal zinc starvation and toxicity.

GM-CSF facilitates development of the immune system and or acceleration of white blood cell recovery following autologous bone marrow transplantation in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, acute lymphocytic leukemia, or Hodgkin's disease.
